A Journey to Inner Happiness: My 5-Month Transformation with Healing Meals
It’s been about five months since I first encountered Sunny-sensei and the Healing Meals course. Looking back, I’m amazed at the profound insights I’ve gained.
Every day brings new, wonderful realizations, and I find myself constantly filled with gratitude. Of course, it hasn’t all been smooth sailing. There are still challenging and difficult times. Many days, I’m exhausted from busyness, collapsing into bed at night.
However, the most significant change is that I can now genuinely say, “I am happy, truly happy.” Early in the course, I began to sense that “happiness resides within me.” By the latter half, I deeply realized that “there’s a wellspring of happiness inside me.”
This unwavering, serene sense of contentment was something I couldn’t have imagined five months ago. I’ve come to understand that this fountain of happiness can’t be stolen by others or added from the outside – it naturally springs forth, always present in my heart. Now, when times get tough, I feel I can overcome anything by remembering this inner source of joy.
The course taught me that happiness isn’t about constant pleasure. Life still has its ups and downs, but I’ve found a steady, underlying contentment. This wellspring of happiness is my anchor, helping me navigate both good times and challenges with a newfound sense of peace.

It truly hit home for me! While cooking, tears unexpectedly welled up in my eyes. I realized this overwhelming emotion was pure gratitude. The feeling was indescribable, beyond words.
